We launched in Australia in 2017, since then we’ve worked with some of the world's largest employers and property groups to make over 1 million commutes a year a little easier. In 2021 we launched our first U.S. offices to bring flexibility to the world’s largest parking market.
Our Operations team is made up of 3 functions — client onboarding, client success and customer support — you’ll be responsible for all three, supported by an exceptional team and reporting to BaseUp’s Founders.
We’re looking for someone who wants to make Operations at BaseUp their own, and you’ll be given the autonomy and resources to do that. Our clients include most of the ASX20 and Australia’s largest property groups. This role will be a mix of long-term strategic projects and hands-on relationship management with Australia’s largest companies.
