We launched in Australia in 2017, since then we’ve worked with some of the world's largest employers and property groups to make over 1 million commutes a year a little easier. In 2021 we launched our first U.S. offices to bring flexibility to the world’s largest parking market.

Our clients include most of the ASX20 and Australia’s largest property groups. We’re looking for someone who can support onboarding for new clients, and help our existing clients get the most out of our platform. You’ll work closely with the rest of our Operations team, and report to our Australian Operations Lead.

This role will involve:

• Coordinating new client handovers from our sales team;
• Guiding clients through our onboarding process;
• Advising clients on how to get the most out of our platform;
• Helping clients reconfigure the platform so they can achieve their goals;
• Producing reports and generating insights;
• Running client training sessions; and
• Supporting our Operations Lead.
